On January 16, the 2017 Yantai Best Employer Award Ceremony was held as scheduled, and our company stood out among 17,554 participating enterprises and won the title of "Yantai Best Employer".
On January 16, the National Electronic Information Industry Demonstration Model Laborer and Artisan Talent Innovation Studio and Deng Wendong Model Laborer Innovation Studio were inaugurated in WISDOM. This marks the promotion of Deng Wendong Studio from "provincial" level to "national" level. There are ten finalists in China at this time. Our company is the only one in Shandong Province.

On the morning of February 27, the city's 2017 work summary conference was held at the International Convention and Exhibition Center. The conference commended a number of advanced collectives and advanced individuals who have made outstanding achievements in the past year. Dongfang Electronics Corporation was awarded the "Meritorious Enterprise of Economic Development"; Yang Hengkun, secretary of the Party Committee, chairman and general manager of the Company, was awarded the honorary title of "Meritorious Individual in Economic Development". On June 5, Dongfang Electronics Co., Ltd. completed a major asset restructuring, and WISDOM became its wholly-owned subsidiary.

On the morning of October 20, the 60th anniversary celebration meeting of Dongfang Electronics Corporation was held in Yantai Municipal Auditorium. Guests and leaders attending the ceremony included more than 1,000 old leaders, old colleagues, media partners, customer representatives, members of the Company's leadership team, leaders and employee representatives of the group company's affiliated enterprises.
On October 26, Haiyi Company won the bid for the replacement project of customer care system (electricity marketing system) of CEM, S.A., achieving a zero breakthrough of overseas projects of Haiyi Software (excluding software outsourcing), and also created the highest contract amount of Haiyi Software excluding China Southern Power Grid.

In January, Zongheng Company was recognized as the "Shandong Province Service Brand."
In March, WISDOM won the bid for the Nepal Electricity Authority's AMI project. The project is WISDOM's first overseas project to be deployed on a national scale and undertaken on a turnkey basis with a single contract amount of more than RMB50 million. The operation period is nearly two years.

In June, Dongfang Electronics and the city enterprises green development cooperation docking meeting successfully held.
July 1, Yantai Dongfang Electronics Yulin Electric Co., Ltd. completed the equity change, and became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dongfang Electronics Corporation, intelligent power business set sail again.
In October, Ruichuangda was recognized as the Shandong Enterprise Technology Center.
In November, Dongfang Jingjin College held an unveiling ceremony.

In February, Dongfang Electronics launched a number of "epidemic prevention and control systems" to serve epidemic prevention and control departments in Shandong and Hainan, contributing to the fight against the new coronavirus epidemic.
In April, the party construction quality management system was released, the first in Yantai.
In July, the Company's cable coating robot won the "Governor's Cup" industrial design silver award.

In September, the Company won the honors of "Top 50 Most Influential Service Outsourcing Enterprises in China" and "The Most Influential Offshore Service Outsourcing Enterprise in China". Haiyi Company won the honor of "China's Most Influential Offshore Service Outsourcing Enterprise of the Year".
In October, the Company hosted the 2020 Smart Distribution Grid Innovation Strategic Alliance Conference.

In November, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the National Postdoctoral Management Committee approved Yantai Dongfang Wisdom Electric Co., Ltd. to establish a "postdoctoral research workstation" to carry out postdoctoral work.
In December, the Company successfully invested in China Southern Power Grid Technology Co., Ltd.

In March, the Dongfang Intelligent Technology Park (Phase III) project was officially started.
On April 8, our company participated in and implemented the national key research and development plan "Research and Demonstration on Key Technologies of Power Distribution System for Multi-user Interaction in Industrial Park" project which successfully passed the project comprehensive performance evaluation and acceptance organized by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in Guangzhou. Each year, it can help the park to reduce CO2 emissions by 16,000 tons, save energy costs by RMB 10 million, and help users achieve "double control" of energy consumption, to set up a typical demonstration of clean, low-carbon, safe and efficient power distribution technology in China's industrial parks.

In April, Ruichuangda Company and Zongheng Technology were selected as the specialized, sophisticated, distinctive and innovative "little giant" enterprise. It is valid from July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2024.
In July 2021, the "virtual power plant" jointly designed and developed by the Company and Guangzhou Power Supply Bureau was opened for registration.
In August, Fu Mingxian, vice governor and secretary of the municipal party committee, gave instructions to the Company to boost the epidemic prevention and control in Yantai: "At the critical moment of epidemic prevention and control, Dongfang Electronics took the initiative to serve, fully reflecting the responsibility and commitment of state-owned enterprises, which should be commended".

In September, Zongheng Company was recognized as a national specialized, sophisticated, distinctive and innovative "little giant" enterprise.
In September, the Company participated in the implementation of the country's first offshore oilfield group shore power project put into operation.

October 21, the national "13th Five-year" scientific and technological innovation achievements exhibition opened in Beijing Exhibition Hall. Our company participated in and implemented the "13th Five-year" national key research and development plan – “Research and Demonstration on Key Technologies of Power Distribution System for Multi-user Interaction in Guangzhou Pearl Industrial Park”, as the outstanding achievements of scientific and technological innovation appeared in the high-tech exhibition area of this exhibition.

In November, the Company was selected as the 2021 Shandong Top 100 Software Enterprises, ranking second; Haiyi Software was also selected as the top 100 software enterprises in Shandong, ranking 23rd. WISDOM's "10kV high-voltage energy meter" was successfully selected into the sixth batch of national manufacturing single champion products list.
In December, Dongfang Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was recognized as the "Gazelle Enterprise" in Shandong Province in 2021.

On the morning of February 7, the first day at work after the Spring Festival, Shandong Province held a 2022 work mobilization meeting to recognize 72 entrepreneurs who have made outstanding contributions to Shandong's development for the first time. Yang Hengkun, chairman of our group company, was awarded as the title of "Outstanding Entrepreneur of Shandong Province" by Shandong Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government.
On May 5, 2021 Work Summary and Outstanding Entrepreneur Commendation Conference in Yantai was held in Yantai. Fang Zhengji, a member of the Party Committee and general manager of Dongfang Electronics Corporation, was awarded the "2021 Yantai Outstanding Entrepreneur".

In June, Yulin Company was identified as a "Specialized, Sophisticated, Distinctive and Innovative" middle and small-sized enterprise in Shandong Province.
In September, the group company formulated a digital strategy as the Company's core strategy for the next 15 years: the Origin of the Enterprise is taken as the guideline, with digital transformation empowered.
